Very Informative!

My good friend Sina recommended this podcast, and I was surprised with how well-informed and knowledgeable all the hosts were on mental health issues. This is a great listen not only to hear about perspectives from all hosts, but to know that your experiences aren't as scary or lonely as one might think.

Our Mission

Honestly, we started this because we were tired of pretending everything was fine. Most of us grew up without any real open conversations about mental health. You just didn't talk about it, so we wanted a place where you could. Every episode is our small attempt at mental health destigmatization, at trying to normalize mental health conversations that a lot of people still whisper about instead of saying out loud.

We talk about mental health and friendships a lot, because half the time it's the people around you who either help or make things harder, not some big dramatic moment. And every personal mental health journey looks different, so we try not to pretend there's one right way to do this.

Breaking mental health stigma isn't something one podcast episode does. It's slow. But enough conversations eventually add up to something.
